Workshop – Leading Digital Transformation

Online 27 May, 10 June, 21 Sept

Sessions

Two online interactive workshop sessions, one-to-one support and a follow-up workshop were included in the package. 3-hour sessions was held on May 27th (9.30-12.30), June 10th (9.30-12.30)  CEST, Brussels time. There was a final session for participants to share and learn from their experiences either online or in-person on 21st September 13.30-16.30 (in the framework of the Annual Conference). For EPR members, an online meeting for sharing and discussing key challenges and developments in their digitalisation processes was also organized one week before the first workshop (20th May).

Aim and content

The workshop was led by external experts from the Triangility digital consultancy and equipped participants with a variety of proven tools to lead successful, sustainable and strategic transformation processes. Digitalisation is a never-ending story, a process not a project. Similar to Total Quality Management, it has a start but probably never ends. Triangility helped organisations to add capabilities to an existing business model, digital technology being an element of that. The sessions was relevant for organisations at any stage of the digital transformation story.

Some organisations had already implemented a strategy or actions for digitalisation. Others had digitalisation forced on them because of impacts of COVID-19. Others were considering a digital transformation of their services in the near future, based on the assumption that a “new normal” was coming, and considering the benefits of digitalisation and the flexibility that online service provision could offer.
