The Commission’s final report on study on social services for vulnerable people
The European Commission has made available in its catalogue of publications the final report of a study titled “Study on social services with particular focus on personal targeted social services for people in vulnerable situations”. The study analyses the evolution, current state and impact of social services across Member States, including personal targeted ones, with the aim to establish a common understanding of key terms and approaches of the sector. It also assesses the implementation of the Voluntary European Quality Framework for Social Services. The research supports the European Pillar of Social Rights and its Action Plan.

EQUASS
The European Quality in Social Services (EQUASS) is an initiative of the European Platform for Rehabilitation (EPR). EQUASS enhances the social sector by engaging social service providers in continuous improvement, learning and development, in order to guarantee service users quality of services throughout Europe.
