Return to Work & Partnership with Employers Working Group
This working group is concerned with important aspects of vocational rehabilitation with people with disability or recovering from brain injuries. Particular attention is paid to the practice of supporting persons to remain in or return to their work place through job coaching, job design, reasonable accommodation, training for job coaches, close cooperation and partnership with employers. The group explores legal provisions and policy frameworks, new approaches and ways of working with employees and employers across Europe, and feeds into EU policy making with regards to education, training, employment and retention of people with disability.
