Ensuring Quality Services and Quality of Life: Tools to measure and improve services for people with a disability. Looking at Greece and Europe.

EPR co-organises together with one of its Greek members, Theotokos Foundation, an online National Awareness Raising Event to look into quality of services, quality certification and EQUASS (EPR owned quality certification system). We will do that having on board experts on the field that will guide us through why is it important to have quality assurance assessment systems in place; what is the impact of quality of life measurement in services. We will have presentations from Quality officers in Greece and will discuss with Greek service providers on this topic.

EPR NARE events are addressed at national, regional and local level professionals. These events focus on a specific thematic and bring European professionals to exchange good practice. They promote peer learning.

This NARE event is addressed at service providers and professionals working on quality of social services in Europe and especifically in the Greek context.

This event is open to the public. The link to join the event via Zoom will be sent only to registered participants by the deadline.
