Excellent Services! How to measure and improve services for people with disabilities. Looking at Portugal and Europe.

On 24 October 2024, EPR and its quality certification system EQUASS organised the public National Awareness Raising Event (NARE) “Excellent Services! How to measure and improve services for people with disabilities. Looking at Portugal and Europe”, in collaboration with AFID and APQ. The event focused on the European and national contexts.

The event featured participation of European and national/local stakeholders and professionals in the field of services to people with disabilities focusing on quality of life and quality of services. They were joined also by representatives from the EQUASS eco system.

EPR NARE events are addressed at national, regional and local level professionals. These events focus on a specific thematic and bring European professionals to exchange good practice. They promote peer learning.

This NARE event was addressed at service providers and professionals working on quality of social services in Europe and specifically in the Portuguese context.
