Eurofound’s new report on the role of social partners in the national recovery and resilience plans

Eurofound has published a report analysing the quality of the involvement of national social partners in designing and implementing reforms and policies in the context of the European Semester and the national recovery and resilience plans. According to the report, in some countries the quality and intensity of social partner’s involvement were low and the consultation process was not always well organised. The study, however, highlighted the key role played by social partners in delivering effective structural reforms to achieve fair and inclusive economic growth, to implement the EU’s green and digital transition goals and deliver on the European Pillar of Social Rights Action Plan.
