The European Network of Public Employment grows its innovative practices database
In 2024, the European Network of Public Employment Services (PES Network) has added 15 new practices to its PES Practices database, showcasing innovative initiatives in the field from across Europe. The added initiatives include advanced approaches to job matching, training, skills development, and youth engagement, addressing emerging challenges like the green and digital transitions. Other highlights include cross-border apprenticeship programs, online skills workshops, and data-driven strategies for improving service delivery.

EQUASS
The European Quality in Social Services (EQUASS) is an initiative of the European Platform for Rehabilitation (EPR). EQUASS enhances the social sector by engaging social service providers in continuous improvement, learning and development, in order to guarantee service users quality of services throughout Europe.
