Rehabilitation service providers must understand and address current and upcoming evolutions in society in order to ensure the relevance and sustainability of their services. EPR activities assist member organisations to anticipate change, innovate and implement tools and strategies in the fields of management, leadership and service development to address these evolutions and support optimal organizational performance.
Each year EPR organises a strategic workshop bringing in an outside expert to provide an interactive training session for directors and key staff. Topics addressed have included the impact of future trends on rehabilitation services, marketing, ethics, change management, staff engagement and funding. Participants have the opportunity to apply theories to their own contexts, making a concrete impact on their organisation.

EQUASS
The European Quality in Social Services (EQUASS) is an initiative of the European Platform for Rehabilitation (EPR). EQUASS enhances the social sector by engaging social service providers in continuous improvement, learning and development, in order to guarantee service users quality of services throughout Europe.
